After living in Florida for 20 years I decided to transition to Texas where my oldest son lives with his wife. I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it, all I knew was that I needed to move before my 14 yr. old started his junior year in high school. I went online and tried to look for a house close to a high school and not far from my oldest son . I ran into a lot of scammers and people with unrealistic requirements, like asking to have 10 times the amount of rent saved in my account. I was running out of time and was about to give up because I felt that no one could be trusted and everyone was out there just scamming people out of money. Mid-June someone at my job referred me to Jamie and at first I was skeptical because of all the trouble I was having . To my surprise , she was amazing. She was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. We went over what I was looking for and she walked me through the entire process . She found many houses not far from my oldest son and close to a high school. She called me and sent me a video of each house I chose to view that she recorded herself personalized to me and my 14 yr. old. Once I decided on a house she met up with my oldest son and we all Facetime to view the house again and make the final decision. Mid- July I was approved for the house and Jamie made sure that I had everything in place like utilities, internet and made sure my oldest son had the house keys before left to Florida to meet up with me . During our long drive from Florida to Texas, Jamie kept in touch making sure we were ok and made it safe to the house in TX. We love the house! Jamie still reaches out to me from time to time to check up on us. I really recommend Jamie, she goes above and beyond to meet your expectations to the point that now my oldest son wants her to help him and his wife buy their first home.
